Cooking Pasta

Cook the Fettucine
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettucine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Grilling Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Grill the Chicken
In a grill pan or outdoor grill, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Slice into strips.

Add Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper. Continue to stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Combining Ingredients

Toss Pasta and Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked fettucine pasta with the Alfredo sauce. Toss until the pasta is well-coated with the sauce.

Add Chicken
Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the pasta and gently toss to combine.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
Transfer the Chicken Alfredo to serving plates. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
