Preparing the Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Prepare Cauliflower
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

Bake Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Melt Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Combine Sauce
Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the buffalo sauce until well combined.
Preparing Ranch Dressing

Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
