Prepare Waffle Batter

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
Cook Waffles

Preheat Waffle Iron
Preheat your Belgian waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Cook Waffles
Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron, using about 1 cup of batter per waffle. Close the lid and cook until golden brown, typically 5-7 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

In a non-stick skillet, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook to your desired doneness (sunny side up, over easy, scrambled, etc.).
