Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Smoked Pork Ends

If your smoked pork ends are not already cooked, smoke them at 225°F for 3-4 hours until tender and juicy. Once done, remove from the smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before chopping into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Melt the White Queso

In a saucepan over medium heat, add the white queso cheese. Stir continuously until melted and smooth. If it's too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.

Assembly

  1. 3

    Layer the Nachos

On a large oven-safe platter or baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips evenly.

  2. 4

    Add Pork and Queso

Top the tortilla chips with the chopped smoked pork ends. Drizzle the melted white queso cheese generously over the pork and chips.

  3. 5

    Finish with Toppings

Sprinkle the shredded lettuce evenly over the nachos. Add spoonfuls of salsa and jalapeños on top. Finally, drizzle BBQ sauce over the entire platter.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve Warm

Serve the nachos warm, allowing everyone to dig in and enjoy. Optionally, add sour cream or guacamole on the side for extra flavor.
