Method
Pasta Preparation
- 1
Cook the Linguini
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguini and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
Crawfish Cream Sauce Preparation
- 2
- 3
Add Crawfish and Seasoning
Stir in the crawfish tails and Cajun seasoning, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the crawfish are heated through.
- 4
Make the Cream Sauce
Pour in the heavy cream and stir well to combine. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combining the Dish
- 5
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked linguini to the skillet with the crawfish cream sauce. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly in the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water to reach the desired consistency.

Prepare the Side Salad
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.
