Chicken Preparation

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it is ready for baking the chicken.

Flatten Chicken
Place chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and gently pound to an even thickness.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper over both sides of the chicken breasts.

Coat Chicken
First, coat the chicken in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally press into the breadcrumbs until well coated.

Place the breaded chicken in the hot skillet and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side.

Once fried, place the chicken in a baking dish, cover with jack cheese and marinara sauce, and bake until the cheese is bubbly.
