Chicken Wings

Other Sauces (Optional)

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches.

  2. 2

    Season the Chicken

In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure even coating.

  3. 3

    Dredge in Flour

In a separate bowl, add the all-purpose flour. Dredge each piece of seasoned chicken in the flour, shaking off any excess.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  2. 5

    Fry the Chicken

Carefully add the dredged chicken pieces to the hot oil in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 6

    Make the Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined and heated through.

  2. 7

    Toss Chicken in Sauce

In a large bowl, add the fried chicken pieces and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve

Plate the buffalo wings and serve with optional sauces on the side for dipping. Enjoy your Boneless Buffalo Wings!
