Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches.

Dredge in Flour
In a separate bowl, add the all-purpose flour. Dredge each piece of seasoned chicken in the flour, shaking off any excess.
Cooking

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the dredged chicken pieces to the hot oil in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Sauce Preparation

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined and heated through.

Toss Chicken in Sauce
In a large bowl, add the fried chicken pieces and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
