Chicken Wings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Clean the Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and olive oil until evenly coated.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Bake the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

  2. 4

    Coat with Sauce

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven. If you prefer them sauced, toss the wings in your choice of sauce (Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, Thai Chili, Lemon Pepper, or Hawaiian) in a large bowl until coated evenly.

Serving

  1. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Serve the wings hot with a side of ranch or bleu cheese dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
