Prepare the Glass
Take a large wine glass or a spritz glass and fill it halfway with ice cubes.

Mix the Aperitivo
Pour 2 oz of St. Agrestis Aperitivo over the ice in the glass.

Add the Cava
Slowly add 4 oz of chilled Cava to the glass, allowing it to mix gently with the aperitivo.

Garnish the drink with a slice of orange and a twist of lemon for added citrus aroma.
