Preparation
Prepare the Edamame
In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add the edamame pods and boil for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender. Drain and set aside.
Mix the Seasoning
In a small bowl, combine the smoky chili powder, Ito togarashi, olive oil, salt, and honey. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined.
Cooking
Toss the Edamame
In a large mixing bowl, add the drained edamame. Pour the seasoning mixture over the edamame and toss until all the pods are evenly coated.
Serve
Transfer the seasoned edamame to a serving bowl. Enjoy immediately while warm, or let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
