Lobster Preparation

Butter Sauce

Method

Lobster Cooking

1

Prepare the Lobsters

Fill a large pot with 4 liters of water and add 1 cup of sea salt. Bring the water to a rolling boil.

2

Cook the Lobsters

Once the water is boiling, carefully add the live lobsters to the pot. Cover the pot and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the shells turn bright red and the meat is opaque.

3

Remove and Cool

Using tongs, remove the lobsters from the pot and place them in a bowl filled with ice water to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for a few minutes.

Butter Sauce Preparation

4

Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 cup of unsalted butter.

5

Add Garlic and Spices

Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine.

6

Season the Sauce

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the garlic does not burn.

Serving

7

Serve the Lobster

Once the lobsters are cool enough to handle, crack the shells and remove the meat. Serve the lobster meat drizzled with the garlic butter sauce on top.
