Blend the Cocktail Base
In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple chunks, coconut cream, white rum, fresh lime juice, and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more coconut cream or lime juice if desired. Blend again if necessary.

Prepare the Glass
Take a chilled cocktail glass or a tall glass and gently pour the blended mixture into the glass.

Garnish the cocktail with a slice of pineapple on the rim, a maraschino cherry dropped in, and a few mint leaves floating on top.
