Veal Preparation

Prepare the Veal
Season the veal cutlets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Sauté the Veal
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded veal cutlets to the skillet and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add Cheese to the Veal
Place the sautéed veal cutlets in a baking dish. Top each cutlet with equal parts romano, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese.
Marinara Sauce

Combine Sauce and Veal
Once the sauce is ready, pour it evenly over the veal cutlets in the baking dish.
Baking

Bake the Veal
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Spaghetti

Cook the Spaghetti
While the veal is baking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Serving

Serve the Dish
Plate the cooked spaghetti and top with the veal parmesan. Garnish with additional fresh basil if desired.
