Cook the Shrimp
Once the water is boiling, add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the pot. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Drain and Chill
Drain the shrimp from the ice bath and place them on a serving platter. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cocktail Sauce Preparation

Mix the Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.

Adjust Seasoning
Add hot sauce to taste and mix well. Adjust other seasonings as preferred.

Chill the Sauce
Cover the cocktail sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
