Method

Grilling Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Brush each fillet with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (approximately 375°F to 400°F).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Making Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 4

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

  2. 5

    Add Lemon Juice and Garlic

Once the butter is melted, add the lemon juice and minced garlic (finely chopped). Cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.

  3. 6

    Finish with Parsley

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the chopped fresh parsley. Set aside to keep warm.

Preparing Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 7

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini. Cut the bell peppers into strips and slice the zucchini into rounds.

  2. 8

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the prepared vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.
