Sautéed Spinach
Prepare the spinach
Rinse the fresh spinach leaves thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or sand. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.
Season and finish
Season with salt, black pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice. Toss to combine and serve immediately.

Prepare the spinach
Rinse the fresh spinach leaves thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or sand. Drain and set aside.
Cook the spinach
In a large pot, bring a few inches of water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and chop the spinach, pressing out excess moisture.
Make the cream sauce
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until the cream cheese is fully melted and combined.
Season the sauce
Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, mixing well to ensure even seasoning.
Combine and serve
Add the chopped spinach to the cream sauce and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
