Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation of Salmon

1

Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

2

Preheat Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Grilling the Salmon

3

Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparation of Vegetables

4

Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and trim the asparagus. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the red bell pepper, and zucchini.

5

Grill the Vegetables

Lightly toss the vegetables in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Using a grill basket or skewers, grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

6

Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill. Serve the salmon fillets on a plate with the grilled vegetables on the side. Optionally, garnish with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
