Directions
Prepare the Glass
Fill a wine glass with ice cubes to chill it properly.
Pour Aperol
Measure 3 oz of Aperol and pour it over the ice in the glass.
Add Prosecco
Measure 3 oz of Prosecco and gently pour it into the glass with Aperol.
Top with Soda
Add 2 oz of club soda to the mixture, allowing it to gently combine with the other ingredients.
Squeeze Orange
Cut the orange in half and squeeze the juice from one half into the glass. Optionally, you can garnish with a slice of the other half.
Stir and Serve
Gently stir the mixture with a straw or spoon to combine all the ingredients. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Aperol Spritzer.
