Lemon Butter Sauce

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Salmon

Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over both sides of the fillets.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Cooking the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Trim the ends of the asparagus and cut the zucchini into thick slices. Leave the cherry tomatoes whole.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the asparagus, zucchini slices, and cherry tomatoes on the grill. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 6

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter gently.

  2. 7

    Add Lemon and Garlic

Once melted, add the lemon juice and minced garlic to the butter. Stir well and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 8

    Finish the Sauce

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Keep warm until ready to serve.

Serving

  1. 9

    Plate the Dish

On each plate, place a portion of grilled salmon alongside the seasonal vegetables. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce generously over the salmon.

  2. 10

    Garnish and Serve

Garnish with additional parsley if desired and serve immediately.
