Preparation of Ingredients

Prepare the Proteins
Choose one of the proteins (beef, pork, chicken, or shrimp) and cut into thin slices or cubes. Set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, cornstarch, water, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Protein
In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. Add the chosen protein and stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add a little more oil if necessary. Add broccoli and cauliflower, and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until tender but still crisp.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked protein back into the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serve
Serve the stir-fry over the cooked egg noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
