Prepare the Rice Noodles
Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes or until they are soft. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Proteins
If using shrimp, ensure they are peeled and deveined. Slice the beef, chicken, and red pork into thin strips.

Prepare the Vegetables
Slice green onions and ginger. Mince the garlic.
Cooking the Soup

Make the Broth
In a large pot, combine the chicken broth and water. Add sliced ginger and minced garlic, then bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add Proteins
Once the broth is boiling, add the shrimp, beef, chicken, and red pork. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the proteins are fully cooked.

Add Seasonings
Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as necessary.

Incorporate Noodles and Vegetables
Add the soaked rice noodles and bean sprouts to the pot. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
