Prepare the Wontons
Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place a small spoonful of the filling mixture in the center of each wrapper.

Seal the Wontons
Moisten the edges of the wonton wrappers with water and fold them in half to create a triangle. Press the edges to seal tightly.

Fry the Wontons
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the sauce thickens and is smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Steam the broccoli and cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
