Method

Wontons

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wontons

Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place a small spoonful of the filling mixture in the center of each wrapper.

  2. 2

    Seal the Wontons

Moisten the edges of the wonton wrappers with water and fold them in half to create a triangle. Press the edges to seal tightly.

  3. 3

    Fry the Wontons

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Filling

  1. 4

    Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Sauce

  1. 5

    Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the sauce thickens and is smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Vegetables

  1. 6

    Prepare the Vegetables

Steam the broccoli and cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Assemble the Dish

On a serving plate, arrange the fried wontons. Top with the steamed broccoli and cauliflower, then drizzle with the prepared sauce. Serve immediately.
