Method

Fried Rice

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Gather all the ingredients for the Fried Rice.

    Heat Oil

    In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

    Cook the Eggs

    Add the beaten eggs to the skillet and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

    Sauté Vegetables

    In the same skillet, add the carrots, peas, and green onions. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.

    Combine Rice

    Add the cooked rice to the skillet along with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

    Return the scrambled eggs to the skillet, mix everything together, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Pad Woon Sen

    Gather all the ingredients for Pad Woon Sen.

    Soak the glass noodles in warm water for 20-30 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
