Chicken Wings

Method

Preparation of Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare Chicken Wings

Begin by deboning the chicken wings, ensuring to keep the skin intact for stuffing. Set aside.

Stuffing Preparation

  1. 2

    Prepare Bean Thread Noodles

Soak the bean thread noodles in warm water for about 15 minutes until softened. Drain and chop into shorter lengths.

  2. 3

    Mix Stuffing Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soaked bean thread noodles, chopped carrot, bell pepper, green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Stuffing Chicken Wings

  1. 4

    Stuff the Chicken Wings

Take about 2 to 3 tablespoons of the stuffing mixture and carefully fill each deboned chicken wing. Press to ensure the stuffing is secure within the wing.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Cook Stuffed Wings

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the stuffed wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the wings are cooked through and golden brown.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve with Sauce

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with a side of Thai sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
