Prepare the Compound Butter
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, then refrigerate until firm.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

Prepare Oysters
Carefully shuck the Misty Point Oysters, placing them on a baking sheet with the cupped side down.

Roast Oysters
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the oysters for about 10-12 minutes, or until the oysters are cooked through and the butter is bubbling.

Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Serve immediately, garnished with additional chopped herbs if desired.
