Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Pork Ribs
Cut the boneless pork ribs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
- 2
Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions, garlic, red and green bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
- 3
Cook the Pork
Add the seasoned pork ribs to the skillet. Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently until the pork is browned and cooked through.
- 4
Add Bamboo Shoots and Sauce
Stir in the bamboo shoots, soy sauce, and chili paste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, mixing well to coat the ingredients in the sauce.
- 5
Finish with Basil
Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves until wilted. Serve hot.
