Muddle Mint
In a shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves gently to release their natural oils.

Add Ingredients
Add the House Rum Blend, Chareau, fresh lime juice, and pineapple juice into the shaker.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint on top.
