Cocktail
Chill glass
Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes, or fill it with ice water while you prepare the drink to chill.
Add vodka, raspberry liqueur (Chambord), pineapple juice, and fresh lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes (about 6 standard cubes).
Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is very cold and you see good dilution and froth from the pineapple juice.
Discard ice or water from the chilled glass. Double-strain the cocktail into the chilled martini/coupe glass using a cocktail strainer and, if available, a fine mesh strainer to remove small ice shards and pulp for a smoother presentation.
