Prepare the Glass
Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 oz of Tres Generaciones Anejo Tequila, 0.5 oz of Mescal, 0.5 oz of spiced agave syrup, and 2 dashes of Aztec chocolate bitters.

Shake the Cocktail
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.

Prepare the Glass Again
Empty the ice water from the chilled rocks glass.

Strain the Cocktail
Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the cocktail mixture into the chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
