Preparation of Flatbread

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Flatbread
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each flatbread with olive oil, and sprinkle garlic powder and salt evenly over the top.
Assembling the Flatbread

Add Tomatoes
Spread the San Marzano tomatoes evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add Mozzarella
Tear the fresh mozzarella cheese into small pieces and distribute them evenly over the tomatoes.

Bake the Flatbreads
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden.
Finishing Touches

Garnish with Basil
Remove the flatbreads from the oven and immediately top them with fresh basil leaves.
