Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Cranberry-Sage Honey Syrup

In a small saucepan, combine equal parts honey and cranberry juice. Add a few fresh sage leaves and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool. Strain the mixture to remove the sage leaves.

  2. 2

    Chill the Glass

Place your serving glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes to chill while you prepare the cocktail.

Mixing the Drink

  1. 3

    Combine the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Grey Goose vodka, 1 oz of St. George pear liqueur, and 1 oz of the cranberry-sage honey syrup.

  2. 4

    Shake

Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

  3. 5

    Strain and Top with Prosecco

Strain the shaken mixture into the chilled glass and top with 4 oz of Prosecco. Give it a gentle stir to combine.

Garnishing

  1. 6

    Add Garnish

Garnish the cocktail with 2 fresh sage leaves and 4 cranberries for a festive touch.
