Make the Cranberry-Sage Honey Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts honey and cranberry juice. Add a few fresh sage leaves and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool. Strain the mixture to remove the sage leaves.

Chill the Glass
Place your serving glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes to chill while you prepare the cocktail.

Combine the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Grey Goose vodka, 1 oz of St. George pear liqueur, and 1 oz of the cranberry-sage honey syrup.

Shake
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Top with Prosecco
Strain the shaken mixture into the chilled glass and top with 4 oz of Prosecco. Give it a gentle stir to combine.
