Method

Chicken Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Chicken

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Dredge Chicken

Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs in three separate bowls. Dip each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess, then into the eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.

  3. 3

    Fry Chicken

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry each breaded chicken breast for about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.

  4. 4

    Add Marinara and Cheese

Pour marinara sauce over each chicken breast. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Marinara Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook Marinara Sauce

In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.

  2. 6

    Add Tomatoes and Seasoning

Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and sugar. Bring to a simmer and reduce heat. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes to enhance the flavors.

Spaghetti Preparation

  1. 7

    Cook Spaghetti

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Garlic Lemon Sauce Preparation

  1. 8

    Prepare Garlic Lemon Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Season with a pinch of salt.
