Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Heat the Pan
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Cook the Salmon
Add the seasoned salmon fillets to the skillet, skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.

Flip and Finish
Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
