Method

Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the ribeye steaks on both sides with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ribeye steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Remove from heat and let rest.

Mashed Potatoes

  1. 3

    Boil the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into quarters. Boil in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain.

  2. 4

    Mash the Potatoes

Return the drained potatoes to the pot. Add butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Asparagus

  1. 5

    Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the ends of the asparagus and rinse under cold water.

  2. 6

    Cook the Asparagus

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add asparagus, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.

Blackened Shrimp

  1. 7

    Season the Shrimp

Toss the shrimp with blackened seasoning until well coated.

  2. 8

    Cook the Shrimp

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through.

Creole Cream Sauce

  1. 9

    Prepare the Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. 10

    Finish the Sauce

Stir in heavy cream, Creole seasoning, and lemon juice. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
