Prepare Cold Brew
If you don't have cold brew ready, brew a strong batch of single origin coffee using a cold brewing method. Allow it to steep for 12-24 hours in the fridge, then strain and store.

Make Muscovado Syrup
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine equal parts muscovado sugar and water (1:1 ratio). Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved, then allow to cool.
Mixing the Cocktail

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 4 oz of cold brew coffee, 1 oz of coffee liqueur, and 0.5 oz of muscovado syrup.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Garnishing

Garnish the Drink
Lightly dust the drink with cocoa powder and place 3 coffee beans on top as garnish.
