Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the tater tots package.

Prepare Tater Tots
Spread the frozen tater tots evenly on a baking sheet. Drizzle with vegetable oil and toss to coat.

Bake tater tots according to package instructions, until they are golden brown and crispy.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Roasted Tomato Demi-Glace

Prepare Tomatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the Roma tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet.

Roast Tomatoes
Roast the tomatoes in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until they are soft and slightly caramelized.

White Queso

Melt Cream Cheese
In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese and milk over low heat. Stir until the cream cheese melts.

Gradually add shredded Monterey Jack cheese and diced jalapeño, stirring until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

Season with salt to taste and keep warm until ready to serve.
Assembly

On a serving plate, layer the crispy tater tots, followed by the cooked Philly beef.
