Prepare the Glass
Chill your cocktail glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Limepop Vermouth, 1 oz of Bitter Bianca, and 1 oz of p31 Amaro.

Shake
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds to ensure all ingredients are well chilled and combined.

Strain
Empty the ice water from your chilled cocktail glass, then strain the mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer.
Garnishing

Add Garnish
Float a lime wheel on top of the drink and add fresh mint leaves for garnish. Optionally, gently slap the mint leaves between your palms to release their aroma before adding them to the drink.
