Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the cranberry juice and vodka. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.

Add Soda
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Slowly pour in the soda water to top off the drink.

Garnish
Add fresh cranberries to the drink for an extra touch of flavor and color. Garnish with a lime wedge and a few mint leaves on top.
