Scoop the Ice Cream
In a large glass or mug, scoop 2 cups of salted caramel ice cream. If the ice cream is too hard, let it sit out for a few minutes to soften slightly for easier scooping.

Mix the Liquids
In a separate mixing bowl or cocktail shaker, combine 1 cup of butterscotch schnapps and 1 cup of RumChata. Stir or shake gently to mix well.

Add Cream Soda
Gradually pour 2 cups of cream soda into the mixed schnapps and RumChata. Stir gently to combine without losing too much carbonation.

Combine
Pour the liquid mixture over the scoops of salted caramel ice cream in the glass or mug, allowing the ice cream to melt slightly into the drink.

Serve
Serve immediately with a straw or spoon. Optionally, you can garnish with a drizzle of caramel sauce or whipped cream on top.
