Preparation
- 1
Prepare Citrus Salt Rim
Start by preparing your glassware. On a small plate, mix coarse salt with lime zest to create a citrus salt blend. Rub the rim of the crystal beverage dispenser with a lime wedge, then dip it into the citrus salt mixture to coat the rim.
- 2
Juice the Limes
Cut the limes in half and juice them using a citrus juicer. You should aim for about 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice.
Mixing the Margarita
- 3
Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher or mixing bowl, combine the Lalo Blanco Tequila, Blood Orange Vermouth, Gran Marnier, and lime juice. Stir well to combine.
- 4
Add Agave Syrup
Add the agave syrup to the mixture, adjusting the sweetness to your taste. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Serving
- 5
Top with Lambrusco
Slowly pour the Lambrusco into the pitcher to maintain its fizz. Gently stir to combine without losing bubbles.
- 6
Serve Over Ice
Fill the dispenser with ice, pour the margarita mixture over the ice, and serve in glasses rimmed with citrus salt. Garnish with lime slices if desired.
