Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

Make the Dry Rub
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

Season the Ribs
Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the ribs, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.

Prepare for Cooking
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cover the ribs tightly with another piece of foil.

Slow Cook the Ribs
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and cook for 6-8 hours, or until the ribs are tender and falling off the bone.

Serve
Once done, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for about 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
