Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually whisk in the Karbach Love Street Kolsch beer until smooth and combined. Let the batter sit for about 15 minutes.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Ensure there is enough oil to submerge the haddock fillets.

Fry the Haddock
Dredge each haddock fillet in the batter, allowing excess to drip off. Carefully lower the fillets into the hot oil. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Mix the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dill pickles, capers, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Blend the Puree
Transfer the peas and their cooking liquid to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
