Cook the Eggs
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a little butter or oil. Pour in the eggs and let them cook for a few minutes, stirring gently until they are fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
Pancakes

Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tsp of baking powder, 0.5 tsp of salt, and 2 tbs of sugar. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, and 2 tbs of melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used.
Hash Browns

Cook the Hash Browns
Heat 2 tbs of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the potato mixture and press down with a spatula. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.
Bacon or Sausage

Cook the Bacon or Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the 4 strips of bacon or 4 sausage links until they are browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let drain on paper towels.
