Method

Egg Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

Crack 2 large eggs into a bowl, whisk until well combined. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set. Use a spatula to gently push the cooked edges toward the center while tilting the pan to allow the uncooked egg to flow to the edges. Cook until the eggs are fully set but still slightly soft.

Meat Selection

  1. 2

    Cook the Meat

Choose your preferred meat option (Virginia ham, bacon, sausage links, or sausage patties). If using bacon, heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon strips until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through. For sausage links or patties, cook them in a skillet over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through. If using Virginia ham, simply warm it in the skillet for 2-3 minutes.

Toast Preparation

  1. 3

    Toast the Bread

While the meat is cooking, prepare the toast. Choose your bread type (white, wheat, or Italian). Toast the slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side if skillet toasting.
