Turkey and Bread Assembly

Prepare the Turkey
Slice the roasted turkey breast into thick slices. Set aside.

Toast the Bread
Toast the thick slices of white bread until golden brown. Place on plates for serving.
Gravy Preparation

Add Stock
Gradually add 2 cups of turkey or chicken stock, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Continue cooking until the gravy thickens.

Season the Gravy
Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper, stirring to combine. Keep warm until serving.

Combine Stuffing Mix
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of stuffing mix and the sautéed vegetables. Pour in 1 cup of chicken or turkey broth and mix until the stuffing is moistened.

Bake the Stuffing
Transfer the stuffing mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy on top.

Assemble the Dish
On each plate, layer the toasted white bread, pile high with sliced roasted turkey, and generously drizzle with the homemade gravy.
