Prepare Coffee
Brew 240 ml of strong espresso coffee and let it cool. Once cooled, stir in 30 ml of coffee liqueur.

Prepare Egg Yolks
In a mixing bowl, whisk 4 egg yolks with 100 g of granulated sugar until pale and fluffy.

Prepare Cream Mixture
Add 500 g of mascarpone cheese and 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the egg yolk mixture. Mix until smooth.
Make Whipped Cream

In a separate bowl, whip 240 ml of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Combine Mixtures
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
Assemble Tiramisu

Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger cookie into the coffee mixture, making sure not to soak them.

Layer Tiramisu
Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of a serving dish. Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers.

Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
Chill and Serve

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Before serving, dust the top with 2 tbs of cocoa powder and sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings.
