Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Bread the Chicken
Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.

Assemble the Dish
Pour the marinara sauce over the fried chicken breasts in the baking dish. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
