Mint Sauce

Method

Lamb Chops Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Lamb Chops

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add the lamb chops and ensure they are well coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight for best flavor.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. This typically takes about 10-15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Grill the Lamb Chops

Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place the chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Rest the Chops

Once cooked, remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Mint Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the Mint Sauce

In a small bowl, combine the fresh mint leaves, sugar, white vinegar, and water. Use a fork to mash the mint leaves and dissolve the sugar. Let the sauce sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
