Chicken Wings

Ranch Dressing (optional)

Method

Preparing Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare Chicken

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  3. 3

    Season Chicken

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Add Olive Oil

Drizzle the olive oil over the wings and toss again to ensure an even coating.

  5. 5

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Place the wings on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking Chicken Wings

  1. 6

    Bake Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Making Buffalo Sauce

  1. 7

    Combine Ingredients

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, unsalted butter, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.

  2. 8

    Melt Butter

Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined. Remove from heat.

Preparing Ranch Dressing (optional)

  1. 9

    Combine Dressing Ingredients

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to taste until smooth.

Serving

  1. 10

    Toss With Sauce

Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce until well coated.

  2. 11

    Serve

Serve hot with ranch dressing on the side, if desired.
