1. Prepare and shake
Add 2 oz Ketel One vodka, 0.75 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur, 0.5 oz Nonino Amaro, 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz Barnard Farm peach syrup into a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker two-thirds full with ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–16 seconds until the shaker is very cold and well chilled (you should hear a firm, continuous rattle and feel the metal frosted).
3. Double-strain the cocktail through a fine-mesh strainer into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass (or over fresh large ice in a rocks glass, if preferred). Double-straining removes small ice shards and any pulp for a clean texture.

4. Express the oils of a lemon twist over the surface of the drink by holding the twist skin-side down about 2–3 inches above the cocktail and giving it a quick squeeze, then rub the rim lightly with the twist and drop it in or discard per preference.
5. Float or rest a thin peach slice or wheel on the surface of the cocktail or thread it on a pick and lay across the glass. Serve immediately.
